India, China border issue handled with maturity: Rajnath

Stating that the boundary differences with China are of perception, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said that both nations share cordial relations and the issue has been handled with great maturity and responsibility. Mr Singh was in Ladakh to dedicate the newly constructed ‘Colonel Chewang Rinchen Bridge’ at Shyok River to the nation.

“India shares cordial relations with China. There are perceptional differences between both the countries on the boundary issue but the issue has been handled with great maturity and responsibly. Both the countries have not allowed  the situation to escalate or go out of hand,” Mr Singh said. Read More
