Airport officials ask Air India to resume Ludhiana-Delhi flight

Following the orders of the ministry of civil aviation, airport officials at Sahnewal have asked Air India to resume the lone Ludhiana-Delhi flight, which had been suspended more than six months back. As per the order of the ministry dated October 12, the government has decided to restore the scheduled domestic operations with effect from October 18 without any capacity restriction. Airport officials said after the ministry’s order, they have taken up the matter with Air India.
