Pakistan pumping drugs to fund terror in J&K, terror activities intensified

By Times Now

Ahead of all-party meet called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 24 to extend the olive branch to mainstream leaders in Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan and its proxies have intensified terror-related activities to scuttle the dialogue process.

Hours after CID inspector, Parvaiz Ahmad Dar was killed by terrorists in the Nowgam area of Srinagar outskirts, a drug syndicate in connivance with Pak Rangers tried to smuggle heroin from Hira Nagar sector. However, alert BSF personnel foiled their sinister plot by killing cross border smuggler and seized 27 packets of heroin.

This indicates that blazing guns might have fallen silent on the Indo-Pak border, but there seems to be no end to nefarious design from across.

Another attempt by Pakistan to smuggle drugs into J-K to fund terror was foiled by alert BSF troopers in the Hira Nagar sector.

How BSF foiled Pakistan’s narco-terror operation?

During wee hours today, vigilant BSF troop thwarted a drug smuggling attempt by Pakistani smugglers on the Kathua border and seized about 27 kgs of heroin.
