As air travel gradually takes off, operations at Delhi airport’s Terminal 2 will resume from October 1. Flight operations at the airport will be resuming after a forced break of six months due to the pandemic-induced lockdown.
Until now, only Terminal 3, or T3, was functional since they resumed in May, two months after its closure on March 25. Terminal 1 is currently undergoing expansion and will remain closed until further notice.
According to its operator, the Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) will resume flight operations at T2 with 96 air traffic movements which includes 48 departures and 48 arrivals on daily basis.
